1. Data controller

2. Legal framework

Personal data is processed in accordance with Law No. 29733, the Personal Data Protection Law, and its regulations (Supreme Decree No. 003-2013-JUS), under the supervision of the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (ANPD).

3. Data we collect and purposes

Contact form: we collect your name, phone, email, service of interest, subject and message, in order to respond to and follow up on your enquiry. This data is sent by email through the provider Resend.

Book purchases: we collect your email and order details to process the purchase and send you the confirmation. Payment is processed by Izipay; we do not store your card details.

WhatsApp: when you tap a service, you are redirected to WhatsApp to continue the conversation. That conversation is governed by the WhatsApp/Meta privacy policy.

4. Processors and third parties

To provide our services we work with providers acting as data processors: Resend (email delivery), Izipay/Lyra (payment processing), WhatsApp/Meta (messaging) and Vercel (site hosting).

Some of these providers may be located outside Peru, so processing may involve an international transfer of data, subject to the safeguards provided by applicable regulations.

5. Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the described purposes or applicable legal obligations. After that period, the data is deleted or anonymized.

6. Basis for processing and consent

The processing of your data is based on your consent. By submitting the contact form or making a purchase, you consent to the processing of your data for the purposes described here.

7. Rights of the data subject (ARCO)

As the data subject, you have the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection (ARCO rights) over your personal information.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration.
