1. Identification of the owner

AndeanHealer is a project by Rubén Saraza Barriga, anthropologist and Andean spiritual guide, based in Puno, Peru.

2. Purpose and acceptance

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the AndeanHealer website, as well as the purchase of books and requests for information about the services offered.

By browsing the site, using the contact form or making a purchase, you declare that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

3. Services and products offered

(a) Spiritual services and ceremonies: the site provides information about spiritual guidance services and Andean ceremonies. Their coordination and booking take place directly via WhatsApp; these services are not booked or charged through the site.

(b) Physical books: the site allows the purchase of physical books with online payment, as described in the following clauses.

4. Nature of the services

The spiritual guidance services, ceremonies and accompaniment are intended for well-being and personal growth. They do not constitute or replace medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal or financial care.

AndeanHealer does not guarantee specific results, as they depend on individual factors. To book services or purchase products you must be of legal age and have full legal capacity.

5. Purchase of books

Book prices are shown in Peruvian soles (S/) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Title availability may vary.

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation by email. Acceptance of the order is subject to product availability and payment verification.

6. Payments

Online payments are processed by Izipay (Lyra / micuentaweb technical platform). The site does not collect or store your card details: these are handled directly by the payment processor in a secure environment.

The total purchase amount is calculated and verified on the server based on the catalog in force at the time of the transaction.

7. Shipping and delivery (physical books)

Physical books are delivered according to the coverage, timeframes and shipping costs communicated to the customer at the time of purchase.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors beyond AndeanHealer's control (logistics operators, weather conditions, among others).

8. Exchanges and returns

Exchange or return requests are handled in accordance with the Consumer Protection and Defense Code (Law No. 29571) and other applicable Peruvian regulations.

To start a request, write to contact@andeanhealer.com indicating your order number and the reason. We will let you know the steps to follow, as well as the applicable timeframes and conditions.

9. Intellectual property

The texts, books, images, logos, the «AndeanHealer» brand and other site content are protected by intellectual property law and belong to their owner or are used with authorization.

Reproducing, distributing or using such content for commercial purposes without prior written authorization is not permitted.

10. Acceptable use of the site

You agree to use the site lawfully and in good faith, without engaging in activities that could damage, overload or affect its operation, or infringe the rights of third parties.

11. Limitation of liability

The site is provided «as is». To the extent permitted by law, AndeanHealer shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site, nor for interruptions or technical errors beyond its control.

Nothing in these Terms limits the rights granted to consumers by law.

12. Third-party links and services

The site uses and links to third-party services: WhatsApp/Meta (messaging), Izipay/Lyra (payments) and Instagram (social media), among others. Use of these services is governed by their own terms and policies, which we recommend reviewing.

13. Changes to the terms

AndeanHealer may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in force will always be the one published on the site, with its last-updated date.

14. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by Peruvian law. In consumer matters, the consumer may file complaints with the National Institute for the Defense of Competition and the Protection of Intellectual Property (INDECOPI).
